This room once served as a leather shop in support of the bustling Stagecoach business during the 1870's and, later, as part of a Butcher Shop in the early 1900's.  Today, this quaint little dining room (seats up to 16 people) is adjacent to the Corn Exchange Cantina so it never starves for activity!
